Terms and Conditions for Boldmedia Signage

Effective Date: August 4, 2024These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Boldmedia Signage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“you” or “your”) regarding the printing services we provide. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Boldmedia Signage does not offer refunds for any services rendered. In the event of dissatisfaction, we may provide value back in the form of printing or service exchange, but no cash refunds will be issued.

2. Lead Times

Lead times for some products may take up to 32 days. This timeframe can vary based on the complexity of the order and the availability of materials. We will communicate estimated lead times at the time of your order.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for the following:

• Timely Payment: Payments must be made on time to ensure the processing of your order.
• Sufficient Processing Time: Clients must provide sufficient time for their orders to be processed. Delays in providing necessary materials or approvals may affect the lead time.
• Ready-to-Print Artwork: Clients must provide ready-to-print artwork that meets our specifications. Any revisions or adjustments needed will be subject to additional charges and may delay the order.
• Correct Briefing: Clients must provide a clear and accurate briefing for their projects to ensure that we can meet their expectations.
• Approval of Samples and Mock-Ups: Clients are required to review and approve any sample mock-ups in a timely manner. Delays in approval may impact the overall timeline of the project.

4. Potential Delays

Clients should expect potential delays caused by:

• Machine breakdowns
• Human error
• Shortage of raw materials
• Load shedding
• Fire or damage to equipment

While we strive to meet all deadlines, these factors may impact the delivery schedule.

5. Limitation of Liability

Boldmedia Signage cannot guarantee any value beyond the amount paid for the invoice. In the event of any issues, our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered and does not extend to any consequential damages or losses incurred.

6. Product Issues and Redress

Any issues with products or services must be brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we will not entertain any requests for redress or resolution.

7. Plastic Bags Orders

For orders involving plastic bags, please note that your order quantity may be less or more than originally ordered. You will be liable for the final quantity received, and we will issue a refund only for any shortfall in quantity. Additionally, a plastic printing levy may be applied to your invoice.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and artwork provided by Boldmedia Signage remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the client may use the designs for their intended purpose as specified in the order.

9. Changes to Orders

Any changes to an order must be communicated in writing before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible, and additional fees may apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Sandton, South Africa.
